EXCELLENT hotel IN the heart of it all

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to attractions like the Arena and Juliet's House. A short walk, maximum 15 minutes, gets you from the main shopping streets directly to the hotel. The hotel bar and the lobby AREA were AMAZING. The staff was helpful.

the gym was disappointing it seemed equipment was broken i saw a room with some machines it was depressing. the sheets felt rough and coarse i didn't sleep well. the absence of a coffee machine in the room was also a letdown i need my morning coffee.

the staff were very helpful with all requests. the location was also excellent, i could walk everywhere easily. the rooftop terrace offered amazing views, especially at sunset.
The gym felt depressing, with some broken equipment. the sheets felt rough, so sleep quality was not great. i also found the absence of a coffee machine in the room disappointing. I expect this in a hotel of this level.

the room i booked looked nothing as advertised. there was no outside balcony. the shower doors didn't close, and the sink plug refused to hold water. it really was dissapointing.

The location was central, near saint anastasia church. breakfast was plentiful. the mattress was comfortable. I slept well.
there was no coffee making facility in the room, i found this disappointing. the gym was pathetic. some equipment was broken.
